for the staff members and clients in the care of the Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta
At the Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta, we strive to do our work at the highest possible quality. Our aim is not to harm those in need, the people who are in our care, and to help in the best possible way. This means constant renewal, attention and responsibility. For this reason we have built quality assurance elements into our national social, charitable and international humanitarian and development programs, and these principles are at the heart of our work from planning to implementation. One element of this is the complaint reporting system, the online platform you’re now visiting.
You may use this platform to report any actions that may have affected you or you may have experienced that fall within the scope of Act XXV of 2023 on reporting matters of public interest and rules relating to any abuse (hereinafter: the Act), which are related to the tasks performed by the Association of the Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta.
